Meet our Relatives
Asha
Asha is a mid content wolfdog. Mid content wolfdogs can range from 50% to 84% wolf content. Asha DNA tests at 70% wolf content. She has taken on a lot of the wolf traits and temperment. She will never approach anyone besides our Co-Founder Ozzie, but she is very observant. Asha carries a lot of wolf and coyote medicine. So it’s a blessing to just sit in her enclosure and let her observe you.
Kavi
Kavi is a mid content wolfdog. He is the father to Kaia, with whom he shares an enclosure. They have a very close bond, although he is not quite as brave as Kaia, he tends to keep a bit more distance from people.
Cree
Cree is a mid content black phase wolfdog. He DNA tests at around 63% wolf content. He is very friendly and loves getting pet once he gets comfortable with you! He is one of our ambassadors in training! While he is very friendly, he can get a little anxious in new places. He has come a long way in his own journey towards trust and friendship with humans.
Soona
Soona is a high content wolfdog. Her and her sister Xochitl are still puppies and have lots of playful energy. She is one of our ambassadors in training, and although she is a little more shy than her sister, she is so curious and sweet. She is also a professional hat thief, so hold on to your beanies!
Ipazi
Ipazi is a beautiful 3 year old high content black phase. Ipazi is Lakota and means “resist” and she fits her name very well. She is very stubborn, observant and is unsure of people but also curious. She is super intelligent. Ipazi can get a little bitey, and likes to pull people if they stop feeding her. She shares an enclosure with Otomi.
Nakai
Nakai is a high content Arctic subtype wolfdog. This means he DNA tests at 85% or greater wolf content. He is very unsure of people, but will observe you from a distance. Nakai is Diné (Navajo) and means “Wanderer.” It can also mean “Mexican.” He shares an enclosure with Kaia and Kavi.
Xochitl
Xochitl is a high content wolfdog. Her and her sister Soona test at a 90% or higher wolf content. They are still puppies and have lots of playful energy. Xochitl is a little bigger, and is generally very approachable to new people. She and her sister are our ambassadors in training because they love making new friends!
Otomi
Otomi is a beautiful high content Artic subtype. He takes some time to warm up to people, but he is very sweet and gentle and has a beautiful nature about him that is very special to experience. He shares and enclosure with Ipazi, with whom he is very bonded.
Owakihi
Owakihi is a beautiful high content Artic subtype wolfdog. Although he is very cautious around people, he is also curious and can slowly warm up to some. He is such an amazing animal to share space with, even if from a distance.
Kaia
Kaia is a low content wolfdog. While she has a big bark, she is truly a sweet animal. She generally will keep her distance from new people, but will always come check you out by the fence. Her father is Kavi, who she shares an enclosure with, and her cousin is Asha.
